Default Entering the United States.

I am a British citizen and I hold a British passport,I live in Spain and I
work in Mexico offshore.I would like to travel to the States direct from
Mexico, take a holiday for 4 weeks and then return to Mexico.
Does anybody know if I would have a problem doing this.

Regards
