Day 10 Depart.

Day.1 The tour starts with arrival to Yangon in a morning flight. In the
afternoon we will spend some time visiting interesting places downtown
Yangon including the Shwedagon Pagoda.

Day.2 We will fly from Yangon to Khamti , the town nearest to the Naga Hills
with an airport. Enjoy the evening exploring around Khamti.

Day.3 We will take a boat ride along the Chindwin river to Tamanthi village.
Although the ride takes the whole day you will love every moment of it for
it is an area rich in beautiful scenery which never fails to impress
visitors. Overnight in a house in Tamanthi village.

Day.4 Today while we will enjoy a half day excuring around Tamanthi, while
WATT crews will be busy arranging porters. We will then take a drive about
25 kilometers, to a village called Modonfi. It is a Chin village situated on
the western bank of Nan-ta-leik river. We will cross the river and spend the
evening exploring around the village. Night in a house in Modonfi.

Day.5 We will start walking from early morning to reach a village called
Mondonywama. It is a Naga village situated at about 3200 ft. The latter part
of the tract is with some climbings, crossing wild and pristine forest. In
the evening we will be right in the center of the Naga Hills. Overnight in a
bamboo house in Mondoywama.

Day.6 We will walk back the same way as we came and we will also drive back
to Tamanthi. Night in Tamanthi.

Day.7 The whole day will be on a boat, an upstream ride which will take
longer than the previous one. Late night arrival to Khamti.

Day.8 The whole morning is yours exploring around Khamti. The purpose of
staying one day in Khamti is to be on safe side for tomorrow's flight.
Sometimes we may not reach Khamti from Tamanthi in one day due to many
reasons like engine failure, shallow water etc, in the river. By doing this
we will be on schedule.

Day.9 Today, we will fly back to Yangon.

Day.10 The morning is optional. We can either visit places downtown Yangon,
missed earlier, go shopping to buy souvenirs or rest in the hotel. The tour
concludes after taking an evening departure flight from Yangon.
