Default the french city of Pervignan

I am the editor of a new, high-end travel magazine, called Seroxat,
which goes on sale 1 July in USA/Canada/Europe.

I am looking for travel writers who know well the french city of
Pervignan, Loutouse, Montpellier and Bord'eaux.

Also, I'm wondering if this is the place to ask, but is Pervignan a
walled city and does it have historical connotations at all?

Beware, Pervignan is full of leering pervs! Perpignan on the other
hand (so to speak) is rather nice.

I think working for a magazine called "Seroxat" would be rather depressing.
