Default Red Hook terminal in Brooklyn, New York

I just read in Cruise News Daily that When ships sail out of Brooklyn,
they will sail in a loop, towards the tip of Manhattan, past Ellis
Island and the Statue of Liberty.

I know a couple of people here said they thought this might be the
case, but didn't quote a souce. I hope that CND is right on this, it
will make a much better sail away experience.
