helicopter and dinner in nyc

HI! I'm flying my gfriend to nyc (from rome italy) for her bday and
want to shock her!
2 things:

1)want to go on a Helicopter Tour. any suggestion? which one is the
best without spending a gazillion dollars? I've heard that the $129
HELYNY (http://heliny.com/) one is not bad! did anybody try it?

2)heard about a revolving floor restaurant in manhattan... anything
else other than THE VIEW (http://www.opentable.com/rest_profile.aspx?

Not sure on the restaurant but maybe you'd like to go there for pre-dinner
drinks.

I've never tried the helicopter ride, so good luck.

I've never taken one myself, but go to TripAdvisor.com and do a search
for New York Helicopter and you'll find some consumer reviews.
