Yosemite Valley summer Campgrounds SOLD OUT

Having made many summer reservations for the valley before I knew what
to expect.

At 7am On March 15th, the valley campsites were opened up from July
15th to Aug 15th for reservations.

For the first 1.5 hrs I got the fast busy intercept, the web site did
not move. Finally got through and got "North Pines", which is what I
wanted, although not in the 50x site range ;-(

Called back at the end of the day out of curiosity, got right in
because every campsite for the period was gone... there was some
limited availability at Crane.

Checked the hotel/lodge options on the web... ONLY a tent cabin at
Curry Camp.
