year-old home is located on the side of a mountain in a beautiful
neighborhood with a wonderful view of the valley and a distant view of
the Caribbean. Double bed, two twins and a futon in the living room.
Located near the internationally known dry forest so humidity is not a
problem. No air conditioning but quite comfortable. A beautiful two
hour drive from San Juan or a thirty minute commute from Ponce. Each
bedroom has its own balcony with a gorgeous view of the valley and
Caribbean.

Located next to the internationally know Guanica Dry Forest. Great for
hiking, beaching and exploring. Lovely beaches are 5 minutes away! Only
a 10 minute drive to the boat to take you to the famous Gilligan's
Island!

The house is fully furnished with all new appliances (refrigerator with
icemaker, stove, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker and outdoor
grill). Cable TV with internet (although not dependable).

This auction is for the benefit of The Children's Home in Mount Holly,
New Jersey (www.childrens-home.org) a private, nonprofit organization
proudly serving some of New Jersey's most troubled youngsters since
1864.

Located on a spacious 10-acre campus in Mount Holly, NJ, The Children's
Home offers an array of services to children, adolescents and their
families including residential and day treatment services, special
education and shelter care.

professional therapeutic and support services which will enable them
