The 'ole two sides of the story are bound to come out. Charges have

Montgomery-born actor Nick LaTour, 80, was back in Mont*gomery on
Wednesday evening after his arrest in an alleged al*tercation on an
airplane in Memphis, Tenn.

LaTour, the son of civil rights pioneer E.D. Nixon, was on his way
Tuesday from Montgomery to Los Angeles, said Willie Douglas, a close
friend of La*Tour who lives in Memphis.

During a layover in Memphis, LaTour accidentally bumped into a flight
attendant, knocking her down, Douglas said.

LaTour said he didn't knock the flight attendant down.

"I was sitting in my aisle seat and the flight attendant was helping
someone put their lug*gage in an overhead compart*ment and it looked
like she lost her balance," he said. "I had my arms up because I had
already been bumped a couple of times by people that had passed."
