Default Advice on family vacation

My mother has asked for a sailing vacation for her 80th birthday.
Since the family includes grandsons aged 4 and 1.5, we nixed the idea
of a week on a catamaran. We are presently looking for a villa to
rent, with a cook, with 4-5 bedrooms, access to a beach and cheap. We
have looked at St Lucia, St Thomas, Belize, Honduras....
Any experience or recommendations?
I'd appreciate answers in email

Thank you
