My favorite itinerary is the Southern Caribbean.

With a departure from San Juan, PR, stopping in places like St. Thomas,
Barbados and Antigua, adding one or two other ports (such as Aurba, Curacao,
St. Lucia, Martinique, Dominica, St. Kitts) as well. Southern sailings
usually have 5 ports. Since you are starting in the Caribbean already, you
don't need to waste time getting there from Florida. They can hit 5 ports.
And if you don't like one of the ports... just stay on the ship and treat it
as a day at sea.

Spring is a great time for the Southern Caribbean. By summer it's very hot
down there. But April there is perfect.

I also like the Western Caribbean (Cozumel/Cayman) but like the Southern the
best.

If you were going in the summer... I'd include Bermuda. April in Bermuda is
more golf season than swimming. Though if golf is a high priority... you
should consider Bermuda.
