Suggestion(s) on renting anparment in a nice neighbourhood

Hello Everyone,

Forgive me if my last inquiry was posted (it seem like it didn't).

We are planning on visiting Paris in April. Looking to rent an
aparment (studio or 1 bedroom) for 7 nights. There are so many to
choose from and we are so confused. We would like to rent a clean and
cozy aparment which is convenient to do all the touristy things (via
metro) and at the same time would like to experience parisian
lifestyle. So I need your advice on best neighourhoods I should be
looking to rent in. I've heard that Latin Quarters and Marais is a
beautiful area, is that correct?

Also, I found a place on "Avenue Christian Dewet - in Rue Dewet -
Paris 12th" is this a good area?
