Come now, Mitch. It's so easy to mistype Pakistan instead
of the Phillipines; almost as easy as to mistype Lieberman instead
of Biden.

It's relatively easy.

No, it's even easier to mistype Pakistan instead of the Philippines: they
both begin with the letter P. Lieberman and Biden look nothing alike.

I thought Philippines but somehow I typed Pakistan. It's not
important though because the point was that the OK bombers perhaps
had help from outside the US

There were claims that Terry Nichols went to Pakistan and when he
came back, their bomb making skills had improved like Robert
Johnson's ability to play guitar. So some suspected that he'd met
with other terrorists. The working together thing isn't unknown,
ETA, FARC and the Real IRA were caught collaborating and
information sharing some years ago.

Proof please, William. I had not heard this rumor about Terry Nichols. All
I read about this Midwestern boy make such a theory unlikely. So, proof,
please, William.

Wikipedia says he married a woman from the Philippines:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terry_Nichols
#begin quote
In 1990, Nichols married a 17 year old woman, Marife Torres, from
the Philippines whom he met through a mail-order bride agency.[
#end quote

This argues yes:

http://intelwire.egoplex.com/nichols022004.html

This argues no:

http://www.fair.org/extra/0207/mcveigh.html

So in the final accounting we are left with a rumor which has not been
proved one way or the other.

Which is what I'd said originally.

There seems to be a different standard when YOU
attack others for "mistyping" words.

And the world if full of idiots that think the Tea Party is a racist,
right-wing militant group.
