The Beancounter in Chief sees Kagan filling another SC slot by a woman. She also is a lesbian (only locally outed in Cambridge) and Obama will receive credit in the gay community for appointing a homosexual to the Supreme Court. But this is not the reason to oppose this nomination. Kagan is a protege of Larry Tribe, he of the "living Constitution," and as she believes that the Constitution should be interpreted as the fads of the time dictate, she should be denied the seat. She also has a warped concept of the law believing that only the "oppressed and despised" should have access to the courts. White rich males should settle their differences on their own. |

"Sorry" seems to be the easiest word... because Human Rights are Unconditional http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5MOiutekjks Righting the wrongs of the past, Kevin Rudd? "Sorry" seems to be the easiest word ! Racial Discrimination Act is not conditional because Human Rights are Unconditional. "Once we hold Human Rights of any group hostage to hatred or fear, or greed, Noone's Human Rights are any longer secure" Racial Discrimination Act is warranted because it protects against fear of discrimination. Racial Discrimination Act warranted because it's the right thing to do. Protect the Racial Discrimination Act from those who would do it harm: Judges, Lawyers, Human Rights Commission !!! Racial Discrimination Act is not conditional because Human Rights are Unconditional. Aboriginal Genocide Centre http://www.youtube.com/user/genocidecentre |
