Moving back to Italy - taking my stuff with me on the plane
Hello,
I am moving back to Italy in the beginning of July after 3 years in the US. I was planning on shipping most of my stuff (clothes, books, etc.). I will probably have 3 or 4 big boxes. My friends tld me that it is actually convenient to take all my boxes with me on the flight... they will charge me for that, but nowhere close to what I will pay for shipping. And I will have my stuff with me right away... Can you people give me any advice on this? Thanks, it is very appreciated! Carlo |

I remember on my last US Airways flight that somebody was about to be charged $50 extra for going 1 pound over the limit. Pat in TX |

Either way it is an expensive exercise. I would only take stuff that I cannot replace and either sell or give the rest away. Gerrit - Oz |
