Japan rail pass/Osaka-Kyoto trip

You should be able to buy it anywhere except Japan.

By the way, how much does a train ticket from Osaka airport to Kyoto
cost? I'll be staying in Kyoto about a week before travelling around in
Japan, so it makes sense to buy a separate ticket for this, then start
using the rail pass after that first week.

Anywhere from Yen1780 to Y2650; if you're doing this to save a day on
your rail pass, I'd check into a bus. Put this handy link in your
