Default railay beach/tonsai advice

Hi all,

I'm getting married in april and am now planning the honeymoon. We want to
go to railay beach for 2 weeks at the end of april/beginning of may and
are looking for someplace nice but not insanely expensive. We want to
climb but don't want to rough it, it's our honeymoon after all. Looking
for a pool and beach proximity (west side is the better beach, right?).

Some places that I've found that look interesting:

Railay Bay Bungalows, suite cottages look expensive but nice.

Diamond Private Resort

Sunrise tropical resort.

Anyone have comments/experiences with these places or have any other place
to suggest?

Does anyone have any info on railai beach club?

Thanks for any help!

The only pool in Rai Leh, AFAK, is at the (very very expensive) Rayavadee
Premier Resort, whatever it's called now.

Right. And nicer places to stay.

They look good from the beach! So I found an email address in 2002 and
got a price. (I don't have the address now.) It was expensive and they
aren't air conditioned. Instead, we stayed at the Sand Sea again.

See my web site for a map of Railay/Rai Leh.
