Secrets Excellence (Dominican Republic) v. Sandals Whitehouse (Jamaica) ??

My wife and I are planning to take an adults-only, all-inclusive
vacation for 7 days in mid-September. We have narrowed down our
choices to those two resorts. My wife's priorities, in order, a 1)
Spa options 2) Food options 3) Room quality 4) Beach/pool quality.
Activities/shopping/etc. are not very important to her for this trip.

We are looking for opinions to choose one over the other. The prices
for the two are comparable (within $200), so were currently at an
impasse. Next step: flip a coin

FYI, we have been to Jamaica before (Sans Souci Resort & Spa), and my
wife loved it. That is now her standard of comparison.
