Default Sending postal mail from cruise ships

Hello everyone,

I think it would be neat if I could take a snapshot with my digital
camera while in the Mediterranean and send it on a beautifully printed
letter or card to my family back home in North America or Europe.

Web2Snail prints and mails quality letters and greting cards you can
design on our website.

We've been helping people communicate overseas for cheaper than
regular postal mail and it is much faster! Your documents, uploaded
files, written letters (you can write online in our beautiful editors)
will all be printed within 24 hours in your destination country!!!

Where do you want to Send today? www.web2snail.com

Have fun on your cruise!!! Hopefully I will be able to cruise along
as well!!!

Too bad this guy doesn't realize that you can't upload anything from your
digital cameras on the cruiseships.

Why is that? Our cruise on HAL in June offered that capability.

Hi Everyone,

As a clarification, on some ships you can upload and on some you
can't. It varies from ship to ship.

Best regards,

Is it easy to send land mail from the various ports you stop at during the
trip? Mail drop, proper in country postage, etc?

We take our digital camera and a small picture printer that prints on
Stock paper 4x6 prints...great for making into a quick personal postcard!

Thanks.

For my own information, some of the ships let you upload files
from their computers to the internet (like sending digital pictures
to home)? I know most have a kiosk or thing at the photo shop to let
you move pics from your camera to a CD.
Although I would suppose the WiFi ships, where you are using
your own computer and your account, would allow it.

Wasn't it the RCI ships that were installing a new system with interactive
TV and high speed bandwidth capabilities?
