Default "Save" Is The Verb Of The Day

SAVE" IS THE VERB OF THE DAY
SEADREAM YACHT CLUB SETS CARIBBEAN 2005 SPECIAL A SEADREAM BARGAIN WITH
SAVINGS UP TO 25 PERCENT

The operative word that jumps out at you in this SeaDream Yacht Club news
announcement is SAVE---one of the friendliest verbs in the dictionary Let's
tell you about SeaDream's definition.

SeaDream Yacht Club, operator of the twin ultra-luxury, mega-yachts SeaDream
I and II, has introduced a fourth quarter Caribbean Early Booking Special
with remarkable savings for voyages from October 15 to December 18, 2005.

This SeaDream Bargain Promotion is in two parts: Sail with Friends and Save
and Sail Back-to-Back Voyages and Save. furthermore these two Caribbean
savings programs are combinable with the company's recently announced
Caribbean and transatlantic Spa Special in which guests are able to save
while enjoying treatments in the renowned and exclusive SeaDream Spa. See
what we mean about the word SAVE?

What's the catch? There is none. SeaDream has only limited space available
on its twin yachts that will be sailing the Caribbean in the fourth quarter
this year. "By the end of March we had already sold 84 percent of our total
2005 voyage inventory," says Larry Pimentel, CTC, President and CEO of
SeaDream.

"That's remarkable and a good indicator of what a great value we are and how
well we are regarded. But we would still like to fill those few remaining
staterooms," he adds.

When Larry Pimentel says SeaDream is a great value you don't have to just
take his word for it. We have an impressive list of authoritative awards and
accolades. Some are listed below.

But first tell you about these Caribbean savings programs.

Sail with Friends and Save---Simply purchase four SeaDream staterooms and
receive a fifth stateroom free. Or purchase two to four staterooms on the
same voyage and each guest saves 15 percent. Offer is valid for new bookings
only and must be received by August 1, 2005. On the fifth free stateroom in
this program guests must pay the applicable government fees, handling and
service charges. This offer is combinable with all rates available on the
SeaDream's website but not combinable with any other group savings program
that may be out in the marketplace. This promotion may be withdrawn or
changed at any time.

Sail Back to Back Voyages and Save---Sail on two or three consecutive
voyages and save 25 percent on the second and third week. Offer is valid for
new bookings only and must be received by August 1, 2005. This offer is
combinable with all rates available on SeaDream's website. This promotion
may be withdrawn or changed at any time.

The SeaDream Caribbean and transatlantic Spa Special announced previously
and referred to earlier in this news release, invites guests on selected
voyages to pre-pay US$199 when making the booking to select any four spa
treatments from SeaDream's Spa Menu of eleven different offerings, a savings
of up to 45 percent.

So you can see that the verb SAVE is the name of the game.

Since its founding in September 2001 SeaDream Yacht Club has won a variety
of awards and received accolades from authoritative guidebooks and other
publications. A few are listed below:

Berlitz Ocean Cruising and Cruise Ships 2003---SeaDream scored highest of
all Five-Star cruise vessels rated by this publication. Only one vessel,
Europa, a German language passenger ship operated largely for the German
market, scored marginally higher and was rated Five-Stars Plus. Berlitz
utilizes an elaborate rating system that scores passenger ships on the
vessel itself, accommodations, service, food, entertainment and overall
sailing experience. However, SeaDream I and II, whose scores were identical,
were not rated in the entertainment category since with SeaDream Yacht Club
emphasis is not put on elaborate entertainment. Hence it is reasonable to
state that if SeaDream I and II had been rated even modestly for
entertainment, it may well have outscored Europa.

Berlitz Ocean Cruising and Cruise Ships 2004---SeaDream repeated its amazing
ratings in the 2004 edition of this authoritative book. Author Douglas Ward
even created a new category for this edition---Utterly Exclusive--- and only
three ships were included: SeaDream I, SeaDream II and the Hapag-Lloyd
German vessel, Europa. By Ward's definition Utterly Exclusive is literally
in a special category by itself above Luxury.

Berlitz Ocean Cruising and Cruise Ships 2005---Once again SeaDream has
repeated its over-the-top ratings in the 2005 edition of this authoritative
book. And again, SeaDream I and II were said to be "Utterly Exclusive."

Travel & Leisure---The November 2004 issue of this major American Express
travel magazine published its World's Best Awards. It named youthful
SeaDream Yacht Club to its list of Best Small Cruise Lines for the first
time. Among the six categories on which readers rated all cruise lines on a
100 point scale, SeaDream was number one in three the them---Service
(98.39), Food (95.16) and Value (89.52).

Conde Nast Traveler, January 2004 Gold List---Each year Conde Nast Traveler,
the well-regarded travel magazine, publishes its Gold List; A listing of
hotels, resorts, destinations, airlines and cruise lines judged by readers
as the "Best in the World." After only two years in operation, SeaDream made
the Gold List. Interestingly, the SeaDream twins scored a perfect 100,
higher than any other passenger vessels, in food and service.

Conde Nast Traveler November 2004 Readers' Choice Poll---In the November
2004 issue of this international travel magazine's Readers' Choice Awards
SeaDream was listed as one of the top travel experiences in the world and
received a perfect score for Service the second year in a row.

Conde Nast Traveler, January 2005 Gold List---Also for the second year in a
row SeaDream Yacht Club is on Conde Nast Traveler's Gold List. The magazine
stated: "For the second year in a row these exquisite little ships earn a
perfect score for SERVICE, thanks to a sensational staff, performing at the
level you'd expect at the world's best boutique hotels. Purely superlative
cruises make guests feel as if they are traveling on their own private
yacht."

CruiseReport.Com---For the second time (2004), this popular online
publication gave SeaDream its Six Star Award of Excellence. As part of this
honor SeaDream received CruiseReport's "Editor's Best at Sea Award."

Porthole Magazine---SeaDream Yacht Club has won this popular cruise
publication's coveted Editor-in-Chief Award for 2005 as "Best Passenger
Yachting Experience."

CruiseCritic.Com---In its 2005 evaluation of shipboard spas, SeaDream Yacht
Club's Asian Spa has been named Best Small Ship Spa by CruiseCritic.Com, the
popular international consumer website. CruiseCritic editor, Carolyn Spencer
Brown said "Why? It was small but personal and offered the perfect range of
treatments, from facials and body scrubs to heavenly massages. Unique
Treatment: the 80-minute massage incorporated various rhythms and strokes,
rendering us basically helpless. Facility: the spa is compact, as befits the
ship's small size, but efficiently equipped. Uber-Excellent: Its small size
translates directly to very personal service. The spa also offers
day-spa-like packages, which is a great incentive to strongly incorporate
treatments into a cruise experience."

There are other awards and accolades but the writer of this news release
does not wish to appear immodest. For other cruise news please visit at
