Default Airline meals

First of all congratulations on your post in AVLV

Clues??? D og G one it. Should we Book'em?

The second clue was a little vague, but spot on. VBG

We booked air to Las Vegas for a vacation and my daughter used FF miles to
garner a First Class ticket. When she went back and tried to get one for me
none was available. We tried to get a coach ticket and none was available,
so I bought a ticket.

I can't remember the last time we didn't fly First Class, so I was shocked
to see that while my kid will be fed in First Class, I have to buy food. 8-(

Sounds like this flight is NOT a non stop. I flew on Continental a few
times years ago and although the Flight number was the same we had to
deplane in Los Angeles and booard another plane. If this is the case I
would expect you'd get food on both segments. Even if the plane just stops
in LA or anther place you'll probably get 2 meals.

Seems to me, one should plan accordingly for that type of itinerary.

And one way would be to bring food on the plane.

First of all, my daughter is not a "kid". And she travels with a "Hearing
Dog", thus she gets the extra room for a long flight.
