Internet Access in Singapore?

Hi - I may stay is a hotel that does not offer internet access. Do
most malls in Singapore have free wireless internet access? How about
Cyber Cafes, are they common - do they allow you to connect your
laptop to the internet? Any other suggestion - I only need to connect
my laptop to the internet for 15 mins/ everyday.

There was free wireless access at Bugis junction. That was a year ago.

In January I paid S$4 for 1/2 hour on the 3d floor of Raffles City mall.
The Suntec mall also had a kiosk with computers to rent at the elephant
boat counter.
I wasn't in Singapore long enough for an extensive search, but I suggest
you try the public libraries.
