Default General Forum Question

I've seen some debate here about a couple of travel agents that post what
some call spam in the form of travel announcements (i.e. advertisements).
I realize this is not acceptable on most forums. I too am a travel agent
but am not planning to do this. However, on this forum, is it acceptable
to post one's website as a "signature" to posts? Unless/until I hear
otherwise, I'll assume so.

Thanks!

Your .sig fits within the confines of what is allowed by the charter
and also the recommended size (not to exceed four lines) for Usenet in
general.
