What the hell is a TOEIC?

Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC) measures the
ability of non-native English-speaking examinees to use English in
everyday work activities.

How many native Brits & Americans could pass such a test?

And how do you decide who is a native English speaker?

Heh. Good question, but buggered if I know.

The sample questions I've seen would indicate it's not terribly
difficult, but there are plenty of native Brits, Yanks, and Canucks
who are terrible at taking tests, even easy ones in their supposed
native language.

And some of them don't reed two gud.
