I guess you could go from Seattle to Victoria to Vancouver but I don't think that is going to be very convenient considering the luggage and children. Cruiselines many times offer transfers and a very convenient. There is
also a shuttle bus service that has service between the two cities. In addition the trip on Amtrack is very nice. Michael |
