GUESTS TO SET SAIL -- AND SUPPORT THE ARTS -- ABOARD TEN REGENT SEVEN SEAS
CRUISE VOYAGES

Regent Gives Back to the Arts Community while Rewarding Guests with
Shipboard Credits

FORT LAUDERDALE - March 8, 2007 - As part of Regent's recently announced Art
Experience and Endowment Program, Regent Seven Seas
Cruises®(www.TheRegentExperience.com) is partnering with U.S. and
international museums to create tailored endowment programs. Regent has
committed to donating money to art museums when travelers book select
cruises directly through the museum. Through Regent's first museum
partnership, with Miami's Bass Museum of Art, art enthusiasts can set sail
on one of ten European cruises and Regent will donate $400 per booking to
the museum in their name. In addition, Regent will reward the same travelers
with $200 per suite shipboard credit, which can be used at the ship's
boutique, spa or for participation in the cruise's various Circles of
InterestSM programs.

"Regent's partnership with the Bass Museum illustrates the beginning of the
brand's pioneering commitment to the Regent Art Experience and Endowment
Program and its goal to support the arts," said Sophie Vlessing, vice
president guest strategy and marketing for Regent. "The program also gives
us the opportunity to offer guests meaningful, often once-in-a-lifetime
opportunities to gain private access to art experts, artists and exhibits
through many of our voyages."

Bass Museum Executive Director and Chief Curator Diane Camber will lead two
Art, Design and Cultures Circles of Interest during each of three voyages in
2007. Regent's Circles of Interest are enrichment programs in Food and
Wine; Art, Design and Culture; Photography and other topics, featuring
expert guest hosts and exclusive onboard and on-shore programs. Sailing
aboard Regent's 490-guest all-suite luxury vessel Seven Seas Navigator®,
Camber's Circle of Interest participants will trace a path through the
Mediterranean, embarking on art excursions in the ports of Sorrento, Venice,
Monte Carlo and Livorno (for Florence). In Camber's expert company, guests
will have the opportunity to explore Roman ruins, survey Michelangelo's
masterpieces throughout Florence and view the private collection of
billionaire collector Francois Pinault at the Palazzo Grassi in Venice. On
board, Camber will provide unique insights into the life and work of artists
such as Gaudí, Miró, Picasso and Caravaggio.
