Not necessarily an illness. See my other post.

Your other post? If you get physically weak after not eating for a few
hours, it's an illness.

That depends on how weak you get. People get weak after running a
marathon, but that doesn't mean that they are sick.

That isn't relevant. the poster said he gets weak after not eating for a
few hours. By your argument, he is not healthy. Healthy people don't get
weak after not eating for a few hours.

That depends on what one means by "weak."

No, it doesn't. Muscles don't weaken after a few hours.

Weakness can mean fatigue, and see my comments on the postprandial dip
in glucose.

He didn't say fatigue, but that, too, is irrelevant, since fatigue isn't
caused by not eating for a few hours either.

It can be caused by a dip in blood glucose, as I have explained. That's
why many people feel a bit drowsy after a heavy meal.

Drowsiness is not fatigue. Fatigue is caused by a buildup of lactic
acid, not a drop in blood sugar. We on loe-carb diets train regulalry
with low blood sugar.
