You really know nothing about the airline business do you? Nobody unaddicted to alcohol is likely to choose a flight or class based on the availability of alcohol. Well, according to plenty of posters here they do or did you miss the carrying on about whether an airline serves free drinks or not is what they look for when choosing a carrier? |

How many? The usual criterion of choice is price. Most passengers have virtually no other criteria besides that, although they must perceive the flight as safe, usually. All flights are non-smoking, now, and yet people are still flying, including smokers. |

Because they're not allowed to genius. Then perhaps they should be prohibited from serving alcohol as well. I know of some flight crew members who would welcome such a change. So, if someone gets a headache they shouldn't give them an aspirin then genius? Are there airlines that actually sell aspirin aboard flights? |

I've been on several flights where the FAs gave (not sell, you moron) aspirin to passengers who asked for them. Only in your brain dead world of MSFS does that not happen. You're an blithering idiot, Anthony. |

... What I said was a guess. Which is as close as you will ever get to being accurate. You're so stupid that you would take the word of some FA on one flight and assume it's accurate. Hmm. Let's see. You board a morning shuttle flight between Boston and Washington, ask the FA how many drinks she served on the flight and take that as an accurate projection of how many are served on all flights. Everyone knows that people drink as much on 1 hour flights as they do on transcontinental flights. Everyone knows that people drink as much for breakfast as they do later in the day. Etc., etc. This surprises no one who sees your ignorant blathering, but don't let that slow you down. And never mind that this costs the airline no more anyway because they are serving other drinks as well, so why not? Completely stupid. HAHAAHAHAHA! What a RANT!! Did I strike a nerve, or did the short bus hit a bump and wake you up? guess - verb 1. to arrive at or commit oneself to an opinion about (something) without having sufficient evidence to support the opinion fully Looks like someone needs a course in reading comprehension. And a diversion is extremely rare. The total cost still may be surprising. To who? You? Damn right! I was suprised. You on the other hand, know it all, so maybe not to you. It's no surprise to anyone but you that the pilot is captain of his plane and can take it wherever he thinks appropriate in circumstances like this. Just demonstrates once more how little you know about the airline business. Which also surprises no one that sees the drivel you post. Yes John-John the captain can do what he wants. You're a real Einstein. It's no surprise that you have no idea what you are reading. And *your* drivel has no connection to "cost of a diversion". It's obvious who the moron is here. Yeah, you. These incidents causing diversions are so rare that, when spread over the number of flights flown every day, which are thousands, much less yearly, they are infintesimal and important only to an ignorant moron like you. Wellllll - yer back on the track. You argued and insulted over this for days, and *now* you don't care. Yer a real jewel, skippy. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA Insert witty last word here._________________________________________. |

Plenty of posters? How many? Go back and count them yourself. The usual criterion of choice is price. Most passengers have virtually no other criteria besides that, although they must perceive the flight as safe, usually. All flights are non-smoking, now, and yet people are still flying, including smokers. Because they have no choice genius. It's the law. And it's the law they can drink, and they do. Included in the price in FC and for sale in the back on many these days. |

I know of some flight crew members who would welcome such a change. So why don't you take a vote of all airline passengers and see if they want that? You probably will find at least 5 out of millions that will agree with your absurd views. So, if someone gets a headache they shouldn't give them an aspirin then genius? Are there airlines that actually sell aspirin aboard flights? No, that's free for the unfortunates who end up sitting next to you on a flight. |
