Hotel near Train station to go to new york city

Hi
We're going to go to NY city from Ocean city NJ in our trip back home
for 2 nights, on August with 3 kids and I need any sugestion for a
hotel near a train station (in order to leave the car in the
hotel),untill now I only find a place near Ramsey but is almost one
hour from NY city. Any suggestion is hard to find a hotel for 2 adults
and 3 kids, most of then require 2 rooms reservation. Thanks

embassy suites in times square......2 room suite.....or the royal rhiga
up by central park...

leave the car in hoboken.....

no sense staying outside the city unles $ absolutely prevents it......

personally, I would not be wasting time staying in NJ and making
the trip into the city both days
the off-peak round-trip train fare per adult is now $15.50
and parking at the commuter lots are hard to find during the week
unless you get there early before 7am

you're always talking about a 45-60 minutes train ride

splurge for the 2 nights in the city

another suites hotel is Doubletree Guest Suites right in the heart of
Times Square

I hope they're wealthy. Rates start at about $250, I just
checked for a 2 adults and three kids and the "internet
special" was $360.

We drove North Bergen one time. The motels
listed below were pretty respectable looking.

Pick up Traveler Discount Guide on the way
for coupons to get above room prices. Prices
higher on weekends.

those rates would double though most likely as 2 rooms will likely be
needd depending onges of the kids.....
