What is nest month? Room only basis, please explain. What no
bathroom? If it's room only do you have to supply your own furniture?
Do you get a door? Based on the info provided, plus my assumptions of
what you mean, I'd say that unless you are paying $10.00 usd a night
you got a raw deal.

While Brian is being deliberately obtuse, I too would like to know
what kind of tips and hints you want. Do you want cheap restaurants?
Things to do? Weather advice?

sharing a bathroom and there is either no restaurant or it's not AI.

What are some inexpensive options for a 3 night stay near Silver Sands?

Not sure about this one as I've not been out to Silver Sands. Only one I
know out there is actually Silver Sands itself which I believe is a 3 star.
A small journey (about 5 miles) will take you to Dover where there are quite
a few decent hotels of that standard. I stayed at Butterfly Beach, which had
very good prices and good accomodation. However, I would recommend
contacting them direct as it's much cheaper. Sorry I don't know their URL.
