SeaMobile(TM) Signs Agreement with Oceania Cruises to Deliver
Unmatched Wireless Voice & Data Services to Personal Mobile Devices at
Sea

SEATTL Feb. 9, 2006
SeaMobile Inc., a leading global provider of advanced at-sea wireless
voice and data communications services, announced today it has signed
an agreement with Oceania Cruises, the world's largest upscale cruise
line, to provide communication solutions for its guests throughout the
world.

The first ship in the Oceania Cruises fleet to deploy the SeaMobile
advanced wireless services will be the line's flagship, Regatta.
Guests and staff aboard the ship will be able to use their own
cellular phones and wireless PDAs while at sea, just as they do on
land. Charges for calls and data services while at sea will simply
appear on the wireless customer's bill from their home carrier.

The agreement between Oceania Cruises and SeaMobile brings together
two best-in-class companies committed to delivering a superior
customer experience. For the third year in a row, Oceania Cruises was
recognized as one of the world's best cruise lines in the prestigious
2005 World's Best Awards by Travel + Leisure Magazine and 2006 Conde
Nast Traveler Gold List.

As a company focused solely on providing wireless communication
services to the maritime industry, SeaMobile offers a unique
opportunity for cruise lines to realize greater revenue associated
with these services aboard its ships. SeaMobile's leadership team
includes proven business and technology leaders who have repeated
success in using technology advantages to successfully deliver
services to significant markets over the past two decades. They were
the founders and growth leaders for McCaw Cellular Communications,
AT&T Wireless Services, Microsoft, DSS Direct/DIRECTV, Nextel and
other top telecommunications and software companies.

SeaMobile's proprietary technology is a sophisticated
IP/software-based solution that supports any type of phone or mobile
device (GSM, GPRS or CDMA) used by the wireless customer when
accessing the SeaMobile network at sea. This allows virtually anyone
aboard any vessel at sea to use voice and data services available
through their wireless home carrier, just as they would on land. As
digital applications proliferate in the future, the SeaMobile solution
allows maximum scalability and flexibility to collaborate with cruise
lines in developing customized and branded applications to enhance the
passenger's cruise experience, improve operations, and generate
additional cruise line revenue.

"Oceania Cruises is consistently recognized as an innovator and leader
in the cruise industry because of our fine cuisine, award-winning
itineraries and excellent service," said Oceania Cruises' President
and CEO Frank Del Rio. "We have selected SeaMobile because of their
service-oriented approach to helping guests stay connected to family,
friends and business associates while at sea. By providing SeaMobile's
connectivity solution, our guests will continue to experience the
finest services aboard our ships."

"We are so very pleased to have signed an agreement with Oceania
Cruises," said SeaMobile President and CEO William D. Marks. "The
cruise industry is growing at a rapid pace and attracting a new
profile of guests who prefer to have the choice of staying connected
while enjoying an elegant cruise experience like that offered by
Oceania Cruises. We are delighted that Oceania Cruises has chosen
SeaMobile to offer leading edge wireless service as a complement to
the many other premium services offered on board."
