Traveling in Iceland, North Iceland, and Greenland --maybe even SVALBARD?????

A friend and I will be in Iceland for new years this year and for a
total of about 9 days. We have done Reykjavik already. We are going
to Akureyri and Grimsey. My big question is done anyone know the
best, most affordable, and quickest method (and preferably small
private company) to get to Kulusuk and/or Kangerlussuaq and/or maybe
even Svalbard? We want to visit The Ice Hotel in Kangerlussuaq and
have a day or two visit. Also if anyone has any info about traveling
to Svalbard reasonably please email me. thanks

Be prepared that your stay there may be some days or weeks
longer because of bad weather.

Svalbard is a little out of the way. My guess, about 2.5 hours
flying with a straight flight (if there was one).
