More Travel Channel Babble (Nostalgia)
What I would really like to see on TTC (or on any channel for that matter) is
some shows about older ships. Ships (and lines) that are gone forever and some footage of cruising back in the days of the grand italian liners and some 1970's footage would sure bring back some great memories. Problem is that the footage is few and far between. Boy, it would have been nice to have a *video* camera back then on all the cruises that I only have captured on stills. |

I almost forgot (for those of you who are film fans) we *did* have an 8mm camera, we just never really used it and unlike super 8 or 16mm, it did not have sound. Even though it was silent, it is too bad we did not use it more. |
