With Global Warming A Fact....

Can someone please point to a scientific study that confirms CO2
emissions as a CAUSE for global warming? My understanding of actual
scientific studies shows that we are coming to the end of a "Little
Ice Age", and that solar variation is the current significant player
in global temperature increases (and decreases)?

I am sure most of you are too young to remember, but back in the late
70's, there was a consensus that global temperatures were DECREASING,
and that if the industrialized world didn't take action, the earth
would suffer the consequences. hmmm ... the good(?) old days ...

Try the just released UN report that had scientists from 150 nations
participating.

As for the 70's...that was not consensus. It actually, if I recall,
originated in a Readers Digest story and was picked up by other media
outlets. It was a media scare...not scientific consensus.
