High-rise hotels in Monaco

I have to be in Monaco soon for a few days work and I would welcome any
personal recommendations for a high-rise hotel (e.g. 15 stories or
higher) of a decent standard.

I am particularly after a hotel where I can get a bird's-eye view of
the city.
