Recommendations for the perfect climate?

I doubt if you will ever find a perfect climate but the foothills of the
Sierra Nevada Mountains in California between 1,000 and 2,500 ft. come
close. No hurricanes, volcanic activity, tornadoes and far enough away
from earthquake activity to rarely even feel one. Summers are mild and
winters never get too cold with some snow but not enough to be a
problem. At 1,000 ft. and above you are out of the valley fog.

Your location mentioned sounds awesome......and ideal climate at that
height too.

You will not however, be viewing the sea and beaches from the foothills
of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. You will have to try the Coast Range
Mountains for that. The Sierra Nevada Mountains are a hundred or so
miles inland.
