Private guides in Baltic region

I am a travel agent in Australia and have some clients doing a Baltic Cruise
sailing 16 May.
The wife is unable to walk very far and they are looking for private guides
for the ports of call.
I have St. Petersburg covered, but can anyone recommend private guides in
Oslo, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Helsinki and Tallin.

or look www.webtravel.com and then search the town.
