European news sources tell the writer that London, Paris, Berlin, Rome, Oslo (Norway), Inverness (Scotland) and Athens will be the first cities to be carless. Brussels, Amsterdam, Madrid, Munich, and Milan will follow. It is obvious that you don't have a clue about what you talk about. It is only probaly that you are American.
