This makes parking in London look really cheap, and, unlike London, Vienna is a small city and you can park at the end of one of the metro lines and be in the city in 20 minutes. Yes, I though it wasn't believable. the guy who did the article wrote this: "Each text message will add US12 to US24 cents to the cost of parking your car, which costs upwards of US80 cents per minute in Vienna" ???? He repeated the mistake in two other places, I think perhaps he needs to go back to school.
