I think what really makes all this case full nonsense is the fact that
Alpizar was shot already on the jetway, rather than in the plane. _Even_
if he indeed had a bomb in his backpack and was going to detonate it,
would he get out of the plane to do that?

I meant that if he behaved the same way as the so called Bi-Polar guy,
then he would have been shot too. I was indicating there were valid
reasons to consider the actions to be those of a threat.

Well, no. Not if we accept the Marshall's story in the least.

He refused to hit the deck. Then he stuck his hand in his bag.

This is behavior that can get you shot at a traffic stop, let alone,
acting like a fool in an air terminal.

I'm not trying to justify anything here, just saying it'll happen.
