Travelocity booking problems

I am not sure if anyone else has problems with making a reservation with
Travelocity.com? I consistently got peculiar price jumps during the online
booking process recently. This was never a problem until recently. For
example, if you select "flexible date" option for booking from ORD to CDG
and select available flight options. Then at confirmation of your selected
flights, the price suddenly becomes almost double from the original quoted
fare. Beside this problem, live-person reservation service at
Travelocity.com was clueless and rather disappointingly unprofessional.
Also its customer service is farmed out to another company located and
serviced from India!
