Passengers Never Heard Alpizar Say Bomb
bat wrote:
FG Why would anyone with a bomb, and with intentions to use it, who had FG gotten past all security checks, then suddenly want to get off a FG plane? While supposedly shouting "I've got a bomb" ? I think what really makes all this case full nonsense is the fact that Alpizar was shot already on the jetway, rather than in the plane. _Even_ if he indeed had a bomb in his backpack and was going to detonate it, would he get out of the plane to do that? What if a terrorist had changed his mind and decided to get off the plane, but suddenly found himself about to be caught, and feared the consequences of that. |

"What if a terrorist had changed his mind and decided to get off the plane, but suddenly found himself about to be caught, and feared the consequences of that. " Then maybe he'd better keep his hands where the cops can see them, and move very slowly, etc. |

As a general rule if you comply with law enforcement, you won't generally be shot. -- Why oh why didn't I take the blue pill? |

As a general rule if you comply with law enforcement, you won't generally be shot. I meant that if he behaved the same way as the so called Bi-Polar guy, then he would have been shot too. I was indicating there were valid reasons to consider the actions to be those of a threat. |

The result would have been the same as what recently happened. Well, no. Not if we accept the Marshall's story in the least. He refused to hit the deck. Then he stuck his hand in his bag. This is behavior that can get you shot at a traffic stop, let alone, acting like a fool in an air terminal. I'm not trying to justify anything here, just saying it'll happen. |
