CRYSTAL CRUISES IMPLEMENTS FLEETWIDE ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION OF ALL
SHORE EXCURSIONS
Guests can opt to pre-reserve land programs at their convenience

LOS ANGELES, October 30, 2003
Guests sailing aboard Crystal Cruises' three ultra-luxury ships can
now pre-reserve any of the line's shore excursions long before they
set sail. The pre-registration program, which was originally launched
on Crystal Harmony, is now available fleet wide, enabling guests to
pre-select and research shore excursions for any of the line’s three
Six-Star ships at their convenience.

"Crystal Cruises is always looking for new ways to make our guests'
vacations as seamless and convenient as possible," said John Stoll,
Crystal Cruises' director, land programs. "The pre-registration
program is just another example of how we continue to improve our
service."

With a mere click of a mouse, guests can pre-register online simply by
logging on to the Crystal Cruises’ website at www.crystalcruises.com.
The Shore Excursions Pre-Registration Forms are now accessible on the
line’s website. To obtain the form, guests click on “Destinations” on
the homepage, choose a destination and then click on their voyage
number. On the upper right hand corner of the page under Shore
Excursions is the Shore Excursions Registration Form, which can be
printed out and faxed or mailed back to Crystal Cruises. Forms are on
the site 90 days prior to sailing.

Shore Excursions books will continue to be mailed to guests along with
pre-registration forms in preliminary docket packets 90 days prior to
sailing. Guests or their travel agents can complete the form and fax
or mail it back to Crystal Cruises. Once received, the line’s Land
Program department faxes or e-mails guests or their travel agent a
confirmation. Guests, of course, can also book programs once on board.

Payments are not required before sailing but will be charged to the
guests' shipboard folio. Land Programs will be updated on Crystal
Cruises' website as new shore excursions are finalized.

The pre-registration program took effect on Crystal Symphony sailings
in September, and will become available on Crystal Serenity
itineraries beginning with the 12-day Caribbean itinerary from Fort
Lauderdale on Nov. 17, 2003. The program has been in effect for
Crystal Harmony since May.
