Airport tax leaving Malaysia / Singapore ?

I only want to fly to Bangkok, so that would make the ticket quite a bit more
expensive.

And does anybody how much is the airport tax when leaving Singapore?

I've never paid a tax when leaving Singapore or Malaysia. I think it is
always built into the ticket price.

Same here, but I'm not sure it will always be included when they quote
the ticket price.

There WAS one ex-SIN a long long time ago. At least 25+ years ago
anyway.
