All airlines have their good crews, and if you get a good crew on
Qantas they are brilliant.

The only difference is that Asian airlines have their crews act as
robots (as Frank alluded to) and they lack the personal touch. Not
having flown UA, I cannot comment on them (I prefer to avoid the
LOTFAP as much as I possibly can).
