Passenger Data

again. A travel agent I know showed me a document that was given to them by an airline that is going to require the travel agents to electronically transmit on a monthly basis air ticket revenue and segments produced of ALL airlines based on the specifications set forth. The specifications can be found at http://www.prism-grp.com/ - scroll down to PRISM Specifications Air Data Only on the left side of the page to view the data that this airline wants travel agents to release to a third party which is Prism Group, Inc. The airlines own ARC who travel agents have to report their sales to weekly. I'm wondering if ARC is sees something wrong with this disclosure and does not want to get involved as this is the data that is required to be transmitted to ARC by travel agents weekly. Please take a moment to let Prism Group know how you feel about your privacy. The president's email address is |
