I must warn you about moving to SFO. It's really noisy and there are lots
of traffic. Parking is usually a mess. And there are really no housing to
speak of.

The airport actually has no housing, but my sister-in-law
just bought a two unit building in Millbrae that's about as
close as you can get to the airport, 1/2 block to the BART
tracks, 1/2 block to CalTrain tracks, spitting distance of 101,
and a view of the international terminal. I think that the
realtor claimed that it was "close to transit."

If you're serious about moving to the airport, I'll ask
her if one unit is available.

Actually Millbrae is pretty quiet, the flight path is not
over Millbrae. I once lived in Daly City, right in the
flight path. But at least I got $14,000 worth of free
quadruple pane windows, plus new doors, and ceiling
insulation.

Except when there are strong winds from the east. Then the flight
path is right down Millbrae Avenue.
