Default Homeric tours ?? (or other tours to Greece / Turkey /Egypt)

Does anyone have any experience with Homeric Tours
(http://www.homerictours.com). I've been considering them for a guided
tour to Greece, Crete, Istanbul, and/or perhaps Cairo. This is for an
American family of four. We have traveled to Europe several times but
have never gone on a "tour" before. But for this kind of trip -- which
could be VERY expensive -- I am thinking it would be best to employ the
services of a tour operator. Any suggestions appreciated.

I have dealt with them in the past a couple of times. They are a fine
outfit, have fairly competitive prices and were fairly quick in sending me
my tickets but as far as I remember they dealt with mostly departures from
NYC. This was 6-7 years ago, they may have changed since then with the
competition in the industry.
