La guardia mess
How long did it take American Airlines to sort out its mess at LaGuardia
sunday before last? When we arrived after an overseas flight the lines were hundreds long -- the computers had been down for hours and chaos reigned we managed to call the AA offices and get rebooked out of Newark -- it looked like the odds of getting checked in, boarding passes etc were about zip at LaGuardia
