Default Speaking of laundry facilities (was Room Service Question)

Our problem (both onboard and at "regular" laundramats has been that
the dryers frequently don't get the loads done in the alotted time.

One thing I found out on the Princess laundry, make sure to clean the link
trap. I ran one load that hardly dried at all in the allotted time. Then I
clean the the filter (and it was totally blocked) and it all dried in 20
minutes.

Like I said, I've lived in apartments most of my life, so that's the one
part of the issue I'm not confused about. ;-) I automatically clean
out the lint filter first.

I do this with my home dryer too - it isn't necessary to have used
apartment dryers to know about doing this.

I always love to see a cruise through a new cruisers eyes... and this
time, it was fun to be the "newbie" and to share my enthusiasm and
excitement with the people who had already been there and done that.

Should try to see if you can get one of those Seminars At Sea for a
Baltics or Fjords sailing.

If I took advantage of all the offers that came across the desk I'd never
have time to sell anything.vbg

I want to do a couple of European cruises and a river boat cruise, but those
will have to wait a few more years until I am able to take off more time
than I already do.

Then there is French Polynesia..... Hawaii...... Australia...... the
Amazon..... the Nile....

After ripping open a coin sleeve, I put the remainder of coin into hubby's

Becomes more convenient to listen how many steps he is, behind me. vbg.

Default Room Service Question

Marsha,
George and jeangot it right and the only ting I have to add is watch the
temperatures in Alaska. It can be mighty cold in the morning up there.
Also there can be strong winds while watching the glaciers from a
balcony.

Have an ICE day

Default Room Service Question

I think Nonny wrote a piece about doing laundry while onboard. Maybe he
will post it again. I found it most helpful.

Thanks for both of your suggestions. I found a little travel pack of
liquid Tide, which I've already put in my bag. :-)
