Midwest saver service seats?
Midwest Airlines (nee glorious Midwest Express) has launched "Saver
Service" (read: "back to sardine service") on a few of its routes. I made a booking, and was the only person so far to get a seat assignment. The computer put me in 10A both directions (the DC-9's have 2/3 seating). Does anyone know if there are necessarily any better window seats than 10A on the Midwest "Saver Service" configurations--and, for that matter, why they would assign 10A as the first seat automatically given on the plane?!?! |

I thought Midwest Express was famous for their semi FC seating. 2-2 in DC-9s. |

Their aircraft with "Signature Service" still have the 2-2 seating. They now have aircraft for "Saver Service" which have 2-3 seating. You can see the difference he http://www1.midwestexpress.com/trave...es/default.asp Their Saver Service is mainly to the west coast, other than San Francisco, and to Orlando. http://www1.midwestexpress.com/trave...es/meamap2.jpg |
